Nice big house/Villa with good facilities Nice big house/Villa with good facilities (including pool, leisure facilities, wine cellar, great outdoor area, etc.) The owner were available at all times and offered a courteous service. (It was very helpful to have the opportunity of an earlier Check-in and Check-Out) Nice house and we had a wonderful time at it. We'll visit again!

A perfect house in a perfect village for a perfect holiday Villa Rosa is a beautiful villa, with swimming pool and poolhouse including BBQ. A 9 minute walk brings you to the old center of Labin. Delicious restaurants, ice cream and beautiful ceramic at the Merania shop (you will find it when you walk to the museum). In 10 minutes you are at the Rabac beach or, more quiet at the Santa Marina beach. Nearby you will find very good restaurants (Markus, Due Fratelli, Ferali, Pizzeria Rumore, Pizzaria Napoli).In a one hour drive you can reach Porec, Pula, Rovin or Opatija, Buzet or Motovun. If you can, visit these beautiful villages.

Excellent villa in Labin The location of this villa is amazing - really close to the old part of Labin! One can go by foot to the city and enjoy a nice dinner and something to drink at the restaurants nearby.The villa itself is excellent. It has a spacious living room with a big TV and a very nice kitchen. Near the living room there are three bedrooms with two bathrooms. There's air conditioning everywhere so you don't have to worry about the heat of the summer. Upstairs there's another big room with its own bathroom. Downstairs it's another small apartment with one room, one bathroom, a small kitchen and own entrance. The pool is awesome! It's really big and, together with the kids, we spent a lot of time there. In the evening there are lights in the pool and the atmosphere is really romantic. There's also a nice terrace with a big table where we had our breakfast and lunches. And a barbecue that's perfect for steaks and cevapcici. The owner is really friendly and speaks very good English. She was very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful vacation in the Villa Rosa and we will definitely go again.

The best experience we've ever made! We booked this Villa for 10 young adults and had the best stay ever.The whole Villa looks much bigger in person, including the pool which is huge. The rooms are so clean and you feel like royalty once you arrive at the place!The Hosts were the nicest people, always making sure we are comfortable. They recommended a lot of good places to eat locally, to visit different beaches and also helped us find a taxi driver! Because of them it was much easier for us to experience a lot of new places everyday.The people in Labin are so friendly, everyone is willing to help you and their english (and german!!) is often very good so it's easy to communicate.All 10 of us think that we had the best stay ever and would 100% recommend to every age group to experience Villa Rosa! 🙂

Excellent Vacation Home! Villa Rosa was extremely beautiful, spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was almost too good to be true. The home had everything we needed and then some. The decor was modern and luxurious at the same time. We were a group of 8, 5 adults and 3 teens. We all had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. I particularly loved the swimming pool area and relaxing every morning poolside with a cup of coffee and every evening with a glass of wine. The sunsets were spectacular. The location of the home was also ideal. It was a short 5 min walk to the old town of Labin. Labin had cafes, restaurants and small stores. It basically had everything one needed on vacation. The old town was very charming and full of history. There were many things to explore from old churches to museums. Close by is the town of Rabac which is wonderful for swimming and beach fun. Istria is full of wonderful places to explore and Labin is centrally located to make day trips easy. We visited Roving, Pula, Opatija, Rijeka and more. Coming back to Villa Rosa at the end of a day of exploring was pure joy. Also, the hosts were excellent to communicate with. Any questions I asked were quickly and kindly answered. I highly recommend Villa Rosa and know that I will return.

Modern luxury near historic town center of Labin. Very large modern home with accommodations for a multi-generation family reunion. Located on the edge of a mountain, views are truly stunning, and vast. A short drive will take you to numerous Istria seaside towns. A short walk takes you to the center of town for cafes, bars, restaurants, etc.Home is very clean, with all needed amenities. Owners are truly kind, helpful and welcoming!

Our stay in Villa Rosa in Labin The Villa was spotless, lovely and appointed with every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was sparkling clean and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The town of Old Labin was a short walk from the Villa. It had great coffee shops and excellent restaurants.

Awesome view, quite place and fantastic area We had our stay in August 2020 at Villa rosa. The Villa is located in a more quite part of Labin up on a hill. Roberto was already waiting for us as we arrived and showed us the whole property, which was simply impressive and huge. With a Group of 13 People we´ve been Fitting easily in.Roberto had everything inside Villa Rosa that was necessary to spend our summer Holidays there. Generally Roberto was very Kind and extreme politely, a very good landlord.We can absolutely recommend Roberto and Villa Rosa as your future vacation home ! We were absolutely in love with this house!

Best Summer Vacation We would love to stay againWe stayed in Labin for 10 days with 3 familys and were so happy we picked Villa Rosa. Our hosts were very nice and helpful people. As for the location, we found it to be perfect.Big Pool, Big Garden,Big Terrace.It’s a few short minutes walk away from some nice restaurants, bars and food shops. Ein wunderschönes und großes Ferienhaus mit wirklich großem Pool. Für einen ruhigen, naturverbundenen Urlaub perfekt. Grundstück ist mit Zaun umgeben und mit Toren geschlossen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereitet Gastgeber. Total familiäre Atmosphäre. Ausserdem wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und es war eine Schale frisches Obst plus zwei (sehr gute) Flaschen kroatischer Wein als Willkommensgeschenk für uns parat. Bereits paar Tage vor der Anreise kontaktierte uns der Besitzer des Hauses, ob wir noch Sonderwünsche hätten und begrüßt uns.Und das wichtigste für mich die Sauberkeit 100% Der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt/gewartet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nach 1 Woche gewechselt. Einkaufen (Lidl) ca. 5-10 Auto Minuten, ebenso Rabac - tolle Strände.Wir hatten eine schöne Urlaubszeit und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen und es auch gern weiterempfehlen..P.S.
